Representatives are apportioned according to the total combined number of staff in the group represented. A representative seat is apportioned per 30 staff members. 

0-30 Staff = 1 Representative

31-60 Staff = 2 Representatives

61-90 Staff = 3 Representatives

91-120 Staff = 4 Representatives
